We are rolling XP out over our organisation We have quite a small Notes base about 300 as we mainly use it for editing our intranet site.
I personally have done over 100 installs and encountered no problems. However about 3 of my users have encountered the same error
"Error 1335 the cabinet file "data1.cab" required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error from the CD ROM, or a problem with this package"
The CD I sent him was one I had used before and when he returned it to me I was able to install with no problems. We tried copying the CD to his hard drive but he got the same error message when he tried to install.
He is logged in as administrator on his PC
Does any body have any Ideas what could be the problem
